The company has an efficient management team led by the Chairman and Managing Director in the person of Mr. Dimkpa Francis Chilam. Sir Dimkpa Francis Chilam holds a Bachelor of
Education degree (B.Ed) in Business Education (Accounting Option). He is an astute businessman with well over 32years’ experience in trade and commerce. Mr. Dimkpa Francis Chilam started from a humble beginning and excelled through dint of courage and diligence. He is a philanthropist and a devout Knight of St. Christopher (ksc) who has done a lot for indigent and needy members of the society. He propelled the building of a church for his community. He has received several awards of honour from churches, clubs, societies, associations, town unions etc. as a way of appreciating his contributions to the betterment of our society as well as humanity in general. In fact, Mr. Dimkpa Francis Chilam is an Ambassador of the Kingdom as well as a trustworthy and dependable Justice of Peace (JP) man with an impeccable character. He is happily married with children. He is the Executive State Chairman of Petroleum Product Retail Outlet Owners Associations of Nigeria (PETROAN) Rivers State Chapter.

The technical, logistics, as well as general procurements and maintenance of equipment within the UNITY GARDEN GROUP, is headed by a seasonal Engineer with International Capacity. Engr. Captain Chilam-Dimkpa holds a B. Eng in general Engineering from the University of Worth Hampton United Kingdom, in 2014, as well as a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the American University of Cyprus in 2018. He has since 2014 been with
the company in Partime as a General Manager Operations. His enviable capacity has contributed so much to the growth of the company; hence, he is now the Executive Director of Projects and Technical’s.

Prince Idoka Chilam-Dimkpa is a Director of Unity Garden Ltd. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) with bias in Accounting and Finance, 2018. He is also a Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. He is currently a student member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He started out life with Skyline Marketing, Liverpool, United Kingdom as a Finance Associate in 2018, after which he joined
Unity Oil & Gas Ltd. as a Finance/Legal Officer. He was later promoted to the rank of Legal Director with responsibilities to handle and inspect all financial information for the various
branches and give investment ideas in board meetings, ideas on vertical and horizontal expansion of the company as well as growth of shareholder portfolio, amongst others.
